IMPORTANT PASSWORD CREATION TIPS

  • These are very important to follow if your password is "figured" out by someone it's your responsibility just as if you had given it away (SEE #3 below also)

    1. Don't make it easy! Sounds like this shouldn't have to be said but some use usernames and passwords that are common words.

    2. DO NOT make your username and password the same thing. You will need 4 letters in your username, 6 in the password and one has to be a number and one a alpha character.

    3. Use only lowercase letters. The server will change your uppercase letters to lower case anyway and you will have enter it in lowercase to be able to log into the members site.

    4. Do not put in any spaces. This includes before or after any field in the login creation process

    5. If you have any further questions contact us at webmaster@4-fetish.net. Be sure to include the following information: Your Ibill receipt or The last name on the credit card you used to sign up with, and/or the email address you used to sign up with. And your username. And I'll change it for you.


Why doesn't my username and password work?

  • If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer do so, the problem may be either:

    1. Your login and password has been disabled. This can happen because either your membership has expired, or a rebill attempt failed. The credit card companies have many reasons for not allowing a recurring billing, including change of address, lack of credit or instructions from the cardholder.

    2. The login and password may have been disabled because the username and login was found to have been traded and multiple users logged in under the same password. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORDS! If you "loan" someone your login and they give it out YOU are responible. We have and will prosecute violators. When you become a member you are agreeing to pay all court costs and attorneys fees and bandwidth charges and service charges from the server and my webmaster if you do not abide by the terms of this agreement. Failure to abide by this will cause your membership will be cancelled with NO refund and you won't be able to get another membership ever.

      If you username and login no longer works contact us at members@4-fetish.net. Be sure to include the following information: Your Ibill receipt or The last name on the credit card you used to sign up with, email address you used to sign up with.


I just signed up and I was unable to get a login or password.

  • If you encounter problems in the signup process, DO NOT attempt to resign-up you will be billed twice. Email me at members@4-fetish.net. Please include either the last name on the credit card you used to sign up with , email address you used to sign up with or your Ibill receipt.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • To cancel, all you have to do is send us an email to members@4-fetish.net Include either the last name on the credit card you used to sign up with ,the email address you used to sign up with or a copy of the receipt that was originally emailed to you when you joined. You MUST send us notice at least 2 days before your membership is to run out. If, for example, you notify us that you wish to cancel on day 31 of your membership, you have already been rebilled and there will be 29 days left before your membership will expire.


  • Am I entitled to a refund if I cancel before thirty days?

    • If you cancel before thirty days, you are not entitled to a refund. There are no free previews offered of the membership area. No refunds will be granted for partial or total month's memberships; regardless of the amount of use incurred on the member account.

    Cancellation of Membership by Impact Productions

      Impact Productions reserves the right to cancel membership at any time without refund. Possible causes for termination include but are not limited to:

    • Resale or redistribution of Impact Productions access.
    • Resale or redistribution of Impact Productions content.
    • Granting access to Impact Productions to minors.
    • Providing false information on the registration form.
    • Engaging in any activity which might compromise the security and well-being of Impact Productions network and content resources.
    • Abuse of Impact Productions staff or fellow members.
    • Commercial use of Impact Productions without permission.

I tried signing up and my credit card was refused even though I know that I have a valid card! Why did this happen?

  • Internet Billing (IBill) to handles the credit card verification. As part of their service, IBill maintains a negative credit card database. This negative credit card data base consists of cards that were either lost, stolen, used fraudulently, or have been refunded for a purchase made online for a company that IBill handles. The reasoning behind the list is to cut down on the signups done with credit cards that have previously been used and created some sort of difficulty before. We must agree to use the negative credit card database on its site or IBill will not work with us. Somehow, it appears that your card made it onto that list and the only way to clear it up is to contact Ibill

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?

  • "Internet Billing Company" and their phone number will appear on your statement.

How often will I be charged?

  • Your account will be charged every thirty days from the date of your first sign up for a monthly membership. If you chose the 7 day trial you will be rebilled the normal monthly rate after the 7th day. Web900 accounts are billed only one time and their membership lasts for twenty days, after which you will need to resign up. If you wish to cancel, you must send us notice at least 2 days before your membership is to run out. If, for example, you notify us that you wish to cancel on day 31 of your membership, you have already been rebilled and there will be 29 days left before your membership will expire.

Can I join other ways than online?

  • Not at this time But there will be mail in options available soon.

Will my name and email address ever be given out to other companies?

  • I have always had a policy that I will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute in any manner the names and email addresses of our subscribers.

How soon before I can expect an answer to my emails?

  • I or my webmaster answer all email that relates to billing problems, usually within 24 hours. Answers to emails relating to other issues may take a little longer as they do seem to pile in quickly.

How can I change my credit card type, or my billing information?

  • IBill does not offer a means to change the billing information. The only way to currently change existing membership billing information is to cancel the current account and start a new one. This can be done by emailing us at members@4-fetish.net. We will cancel your current account, and you will need to start a new account when your old one ends. Your account will end 30 days after you were last billed.
